Ford Caminhões released a positive sales balance during Fenatran, a commercial vehicle show that had the participation of businessmen, fleet owners, truck drivers and fleet planners, among other professionals in the area. Held last week in São Paulo, the event had a result for Ford that exceeded expectations: the brand had around 800 trucks traded during the five days of the event, mainly in the segment of so-called vocational models for specific applications.
“This balance does not include contacts initiated with other customers with a view to future sales, which have a potential of more than 1.000 additional vehicles. We were happy to record that the Ford Trucks stand was one of the busiest and our exhibition was highly praised even by competing brands. But, above all, the result symbolizes the climate of business reactivation that is once again observed in the country”, says João Pimentel, Director of Operations at Ford Caminhões.
According to the brand, the results of the fair show even more the recovery of the industry after a long period of crisis and drop in sales.
