TAKAO, which has been growing steadily in recent years, announces the creation of the Institutional Relations area and restructuring of its board of directors.
Cassiano Bracciali assumes the new director of institutional relations and resumes the management of the marketing area, while Vinícius Borges leaves the new business and marketing area to assume the company's national sales direction.
Braccialli arrived at TAKAO five years ago to head the commercial area, still at the beginning of the company. Since then, he has started to structure the distribution channels, taking advantage of his experience in the pharmaceutical market, a sector that has a distribution and commercialization structure similar to that of automotive repair. In parallel with his work in the commercial area, Bracciali also structured marketing, working to build the TAKAO brand in the market.
Newest to the company, Vinícius Borges arrived two years ago to work in the area of new business and support commercial and marketing strategies. With the evolution of TAKAO's business, he took over the marketing and undertook the digital project, where the Motor Academy stands out.
The creation of the institutional relations area and the restructuring of the board meet TAKAO's institutional and business objectives for the coming years, in which the company will collaborate with the professional development of the automotive repair market, helping on relevant issues that affect this segment. On the other hand, the commercial area tends to gain even more speed in its sales processes, with immediate and assertive responses to market needs. All this movement will make the TAKAO brand more and more present in the daily routine of mechanics and rectifiers in Brazil.
